1. Acceptance of Terms of Service

Your use of the KGG platform signifies your agreement to all terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

The KGG platform provides access to various resources, including communities, game guides, and news. Basic features are provided free of charge, while some premium features are available for a fee. Paid services are provided in accordance with the Paid Service Terms and Conditions.

3. User Account and Registration

You must register for an account to access certain features. When registering, you are required to provide information about yourself. The information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Sharing your account with any other person is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all issues arising from account sharing.

You may request to terminate your account at any time. Upon your request for termination, your account information will be retained for 30 days, during which you can restore your account. If you do not restore it within this period, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Upon account termination, all content posted on your profile will be deleted. However, content posted in communities will not be deleted but will be anonymized so that the author is no longer identified.

Upon requesting account termination, your profile will be automatically set to private for the 30-day retention period.

Upon account termination, payments made for paid services and additional features are non-refundable.

4. User Conduct and Content

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the KGG service. Additionally, the following actions are prohibited:

• - Posting content that is inappropriate, violent, or infringes on the rights of others.
• - Harassing, insulting, or engaging in behavior that disrupts the community atmosphere.
• - Sharing illegal programs such as cheats, hacks, or helpers that violate the terms of service of third-party games.
• - Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• - Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with them.
• - Engaging in or promoting illegal activities.

KGG reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend, temporarily or permanently, the accounts of users who violate the site's terms or guidelines.

• - Site: Refers to the KGG website.
• - Community: Refers to a group existing within the site.
• - Community Guidelines: The rules defined by the administrator of each community.
• - Rule Precedence: The site's Terms of Service take precedence over Community Guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The KGG service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the KGG service without prior written consent.

User-Generated Content consists of content posted on profiles, in communities, or as subscriber-only content. The copyright for such content belongs to the author who created it.

• - For private, subscriber-only content posted on your user profile, you do not grant the Company (KGG) a license to use such content.
• - For public content posted on your user profile, you grant the Company (KGG) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
• - For public content posted in any community, you grant the Company (KGG) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

6. Privacy Policy

Our handling of personal information is detailed in our separate Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Service. You must read and agree to the Privacy Policy before registering for an account and using the service.

7. Moderation and Site Guidelines

KGG is moderated to ensure a positive experience for all users. Administrators have the right to edit, move, or remove any posts that violate our guidelines. Violations may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension at the discretion of the administrators.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, as well as all conditions and terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the service.
